We replaced the old technology of centrifugal casting system with the newer and higher technology from USA. A computer-controlled dynamic pressure and vacuum system of lost- wax casting process provides consistency and flexibility. The quality of our casting pieces is phenomenal.
By having an in-house lapidary department, it helps lower our stone cutting costs, create gemstone production efficiencies, shorten delivery time and enhance high quality standard.
Over 20 stone-setting microscopes with the 10-fold enlargement capacity are utilized by our stone setters in order to ensure proper stone setting.
Last but not least, we set high quality-control measures to assure that each and every piece meets our customer’s standards. Our QC team monitors every single piece of jewelry before packing and shipping to our clients around the world.
